I often tend to group people together when they share similar personality traits and appearances, but I never understood why. After taking this course with Ms. Phuong, everything became clear. Most importantly, the first session helped me develop the right mindset about Physiognomy, ensuring that even if I continue to explore the subject on my own, I won’t veer into a negative or misguided perspective.

This was the first time I attended a class where I laughed from the beginning to the end, and even when I got home, I found myself laughing alone as I recalled many of the stories Ms. Phuong shared. After laughing, I also found myself deeply reflecting. Ms. Phuong is truly remarkable in her teaching style, seamlessly integrating knowledge with real-life experiences at just the right moments. Simply listening to her lectures allows you to grasp nearly 80% of the content. It’s clear that she has poured tremendous effort into her lecture slides, carefully transforming dry or sensitive topics into something lively and objective. This is an open course that expands your mindset and encourages application in life based on each person’s perspective. By the end of the course, I gained a deeper understanding of myself, learned how to make the most of my strengths, and identified ways to overcome my weaknesses. I also realized what roles suit me best in both work and relationships. Most importantly, I’ve developed a more multidimensional perspective when interacting with people around me. I no longer judge or form biased, instinctive opinions about anyone. Now, I can better understand a person using the knowledge from the course combined with my own observations and insights.
