Dr. Phuong Nguyen is an accomplished expert with over a decade of experience in teaching and management within international corporate and non-profit sectors. She holds a bachelor's degree from Foreign Trade University, an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, and a Ph.D. in Management from RMIT University, where she was awarded a full scholarship. Dr. Phượng has extensive teaching experience at leading international institutions, including RMIT University, Western Sydney University, Birmingham City University, Liverpool John Moores University, and Leipzig University, where she has significantly contributed to the development and delivery of high-quality courses in human resource management, systems management, data analysis, and leadership.

In charge of the Director of the Institute for Social Economics Research and Training (ERT) as well as Head of Academic Advisory Board, Dr. Phuong Nguyen leverages her extensive knowledge and dedication to deliver practical value to both the business and educational communities. Her mission is to foster sustainable and innovative solutions for the future through comprehensive research, consulting, and training services for individuals and organizations, thereby promoting sustainable development across industries and contributing to the socio-economic advancement of Vietnam.

Jiaming Zhang is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Cross-Cultural Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with over 15 years of experience in working and managing across diverse cultural environments in China, Israel, Cambodia, and Vietnam. He has played a pivotal role in the development and management of supply chains, as well as in business development for global companies. As the Business Development Director at Innolux Group, Jiaming made substantial contributions to transforming the company from a small startup into a leading footwear manufacturer in Vietnam.

Dr. Minh Hoang is an expert in Marketing and Innovation, with extensive international experience in education and business development. Currently, she serves as the Discipline Coordinator at Western Sydney University program in Vietnam, and previously held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Business Administration at SaigonTech. Dr. Minh Hoàng has a profound passion for advancing education in Vietnam and has significantly contributed to the formulation of long-term strategies for her department, curriculum development, and the professional growth of faculty members. With her leadership acumen and innovative vision, she continuously seeks opportunities to drive innovation, enhance the quality of education, and advance research in marketing and international management.

Dr. Quyen Pham is a distinguished expert in finance and banking, with over a decade of extensive experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking Management from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, an MBA from Leipzig University in Germany, and a Ph.D. in Finance from RMIT University. Throughout her career, Dr. Quyên has held pivotal roles in credit management and financial analysis at prominent financial institutions, including Standard Chartered, Indovina Bank, Shinhan Bank, and Agribank. Moreover, she has made substantial contributions to numerous international consulting projects, playing a vital role in the formulation of financial strategies for enterprises.

Dr. Trang Nguyen earned her Ph.D. in Management from RMIT University, after completing a Master of Science in Earth Sciences, with a focus on geo-hazards, at Twente University in the Netherlands. With over 15 years of experience in teaching and research in Environmental Management, Dr. Trang continues to explore and develop innovative theories and methodologies globally. She actively participates in national and international projects related to water environment and environmentally friendly solutions, and has published numerous research papers in international conferences and scientific journals on topics such as water supply, sanitation, and environmental management.

Dr. Thinh Hoang is an expert in supply chain management and innovation, with extensive teaching and research experience at international universities such as RMIT, Roehampton University, and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He has made significant contributions to research projects and industry collaborations in the field of business. With a strong research background and numerous publications on sustainable development, blockchain technology, and green finance, Dr. Thinh Hoang is a pioneer in driving innovation and sustainability within enterprises.

Dr. Van-Anh Nguyen is an expert in Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation, holding a Ph.D. from RMIT University. With extensive experience in teaching Digital Marketing and managing educational programs, Dr. Van-Anh has actively engaged in research and shared her expertise in areas related to digital transformation, supporting businesses and organizations in optimizing their processes in the digital age. Prior to her role as a Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam, she was a Marketing Lecturer at the Academy of Finance. In addition to her teaching roles, Dr. Vân Anh also served as International Relations Manager at Capella Vietnam.

Larry Shaw is an expert in journalism and international relations, with over 20 years of experience managing international projects. With a solid foundation in global communications, he has successfully fostered community engagement and developed international relations strategies for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Leveraging his keen insight into emerging trends and his expertise in media leadership, Larry Shaw has played a pivotal role in shaping global strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing cross-cultural understanding and international cooperation.
